বাঁশ Climber: Dhaka Rooftops
Climb Dhaka's rooftops with nothing but a bamboo pole.
How we made it
বাঁশ Climber brings the punishing leverage physics of Getting Over It to Old Dhaka (পুরান ঢাকা). Instead of a sledgehammer, you scale construction scaffolding (বাঁশের ভারা) with a 10-foot bamboo pole (বাঁশ / baash), vaulting past water tanks, laundry lines, and tin sheds.
There is no jump button. Every inch of height comes from mechanical leverage. We run physics at 360 Hz (6 sub-steps per frame) so the pole tip never tunnels through ledges, calculating launch velocity directly from physical displacement.
The whole game is drawn on HTML5 Canvas without image sprites. Obstacles are pre-jittered once with seeded noise and baked into browser Path2D shapes, keeping the sketchy notebook look silky smooth at 60 FPS on any phone. Holding the Grip button shortens your reach, letting you slip through tight spots without falling.
